As some of you know, Blupanthr started out as a 1 man shop. I did all the repair work, phone calls, billing, administration tasks, Social media, etc. Due to the increasing requests for support, I recently enlisted the help of some friends and family members to help me get over the hurdle between a 1-man shop and hiring employees. For this, I ask that you please use the support@blupanthr.com e-mail address for all issue requests, and use the 877 number for all phone calls. All e-mails to that address go into a Ticketing system that helps me keep track of your issues, prioritize them, and make sure they don’t fall through any cracks. The 877 number still rings to me, but if I am on-site, on another call, or providing service to someone else, the call will then be routed to someone else who is capable of taking down the information and putting it into a ticket to keep track of your task.
And I want to say thank you to all the friends and family who are helping me to get past this hurdle and keep giving our customers the service and satisfaction they deserve.
